Reflecting the farm-to-table concept that defines Mitzpe Hayamim,
the hotel's very own on-site patisserie and bakery create the wonderful
breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts that guests enjoy

conducted under the watchful eye of the hotel's Executive Chef and team.
The old Muscat restaurant has also undergone extensive renovation and refurbishment, transforming into a unique Galilean grill restaurant. Under the expert supervision of the hotels' Executive Chef, the restaurant's new menu is inspired by the farm-to-table concept, with the central motif being choice meat skewered on branches from local trees, such as olive, oak, and citrus. These selected cuts include sweetbreads, hanger steak, wagyu rump steak, lamb chops, veal fillet, and more. The distinctive branch concept wonderfully complements the diners' authentic Galilee experience, together with the use of fresh ingredients from the farm and the natural surroundings. In addition to hotel guests, the restaurant also welcomes anyone who is seeking the ultimate culinary adventure.
